Brett Yeager and Patricia Novick are experienced facilitators, coaches, and intuitive guides dedicated to unlocking human potential. Their combined presence offers warmth, wisdom, and insight grounded in decades of transformational work.
Rev. Patricia Novick, Ph.D., D.Min.
As a consultant, trainer, activist, and ordained minister, Rev. Dr. Patricia Novick has focused on issues of personal growth, social justice, diversity, health, and the environment. She holds doctoral degrees in clinical psychology and in ministry, as well as master’s degrees in sociology and divinity. She designed and administered the first degreegranting holistic health program in the United States. The self-care wellness program she designed has been taught to more than ten thousand people around the world. She has led international programs to teach emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, self-sponsorship, nonverbal communication, and other topics, and she has consulted to organizations and coached individuals in those topic areas. She is a founding trainer at the Multicultural Leadership Academy, a nine-month program that is now in its ninth year, that builds transformational leadership skills and crosscultural team-building capabilities among Latinx and African American leaders in Chicago.
Brett Yeager
Brett Yeager is a seasoned trainer, coach, hypnotist, and businessman with over 40 years of experience in sales, personal development, trance work, and transformative group processes. Known for his humor, depth, and human warmth, Brett brings both practical business and life wisdom and deep inner work to his teaching & coaching. Brett has been practicing hypnosis and NLP since 1975, was a founder of consulting companies focused on business and personal excellence in the 1980s, and currently is a coach, trainer, hypnotist. From 1990-2022 Brett’s primary career was as senior sales & marketing executive, winning numerous national and international sales awards, working for Dell and EMC, selling to Fortune 500 companies.
