This workshop is the 4th workshops in this series. In this workshop we will look at Habits 4 and 5:
– Think Win/Win
– Seek First to Understand, Then Be Understood
In this series we will look at the importance and relevance for today of “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change” by Stephen R. Covey. This book helped to unite peak performance and effectiveness with personal and corporate mission/vision. “The 7 Habits” helped bring together the spiritual, personal and professional in a fashion that helped people increase their performance and results without sacrificing satisfaction & deeper purpose. We will discuss “The 7 Habits” and Principles, have some group exercises to make this relevant to attendees, and also update this with current research and approaches. Over the course of 4 sessions, these workshops will discuss the Habits, 2 per session.
